Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $6.95.
Processing and delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the moment the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery can take a few extra days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it until it reaches your door. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will help resolve it.
